What happens when you browse or request a survey.
Survey requests
When you request a survey, we collect your name, email address, phone number, postcode, chosen package, preferred contact method and any notes you provide. We use these details to respond to your enquiry and arrange a survey.
Requests are stored in the website’s database, hosted through OpenAI Sites on Cloudflare. Notifications are sent to Improvable through Resend. Your form details are not included in our AppLovin tracking calls.
Optional advertising cookies
If you accept marketing cookies, AppLovin’s Axon pixel records page visits and receives information about your browser and device to measure advertising activity. AppLovin may set identifiers such as the _axwrt cookie. The pixel does not load until you accept marketing cookies.
